RLC 2023 Registration is now open! To all NCCs and Advisors: Please read all the registration instructions below and all deadlines. It is crucial that you follow the instructions to ensure your delegation has all the information they need and we have all the information we need.

Important Dates:
-Late Registration Closes | November 13th, at 11:59 PM
-Payment Due | November 17th, at 12:00 PM

Registration Cost:
Late Registration Cost Per Delegate | $50 (including advisors).

Registration Instructions:

Institutional Registration form- Must be filled out by the Advisor with the help of NCCs. You will have to provide all rep information (name/email) and the number of delegates attending. This form will be used to send out an invoice, so please make sure this information is accurate. If you are paying by card, payment forms will be released soon. If paying by check, you can start the process and mail your check now.

Delegate Registration form- Must be filled out by individual delegates. Along with delegate information, everyone will have to indicate the "delegate status" (rep, advisor, first-time delegate, returning delegate etc.) *NCCs please make sure your delegates have all the appropriate information before they fill out the form!


Conference Check In- After registration all institutions must sign up for Check-In. NCCs and Advisors must be in attendance. A checklist was sent to your institution with confirmation of your registration.

Conference Waivers- Must be filled out by all conference attendees. *NCCs please make sure your delegates have all the appropriate information before they fill out the form!

Important:-Please be sure to submit ALL Individual Delegate Registration forms after and Waivers are completed to check-in
